Responsibilities:
- Our Client Care Team’s mission is: “Deliver the best Client Experience possible to LINK Customers”.
- Keep a positive attitude.
- Answer inbound calls, quickly, professionally, and effectively.
- Take conference reservations, and send confirmations.
- Understand & Implement customer requirements for Conferences.
- Scanning conferences.
- Answering the Queue
- Processing Registrations
- Process reservations from Reservation In-Box.
- Run Operator Assisted Calls.
- Provide Technical Support for Web Conferences.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, technical support or sales environment.
- Positive attitude and high energy.
- Must be motivated, detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
- Ability to relate well to a wide variety of people in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- Ability to work well in stressful situations and to remain calm and positive in adverse situations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with computer in Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet.
Training provided. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K. Bellevue headquarters.
Morning, afternoon and evening positions available.
